These terms apply to every person who opens an account on disavar.com. Access and eligibility depend on local law; you may use the platform only where doing so is permitted under applicable regulations in your region.

We will notify you via the email address on your account before any material change takes effect. Emergency amendments required by regulatory changes may take effect immediately, in which case we post notice on the site and email you simultaneously.

Transaction records and identity documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, your data is securely deleted. You may request a copy of your records before closure.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are governed by Section 5 of these terms. That section sets out processing times, minimum and maximum amounts, and the conditions under which a deposit may be held for verification.

You may raise a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'Account Dispute'. Our compliance team will acknowledge your query within 48 hours and issue a written resolution within 10 business days.
