Common Questions About Your Privacy on disavar

The questions below cover the data rights and account privacy concerns we hear most often. If your question is not answered here, reach out via live chat or email and our data team will respond within 72 hours.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth when you register. If you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also log the payment reference returned by your payment provider — we never store your full UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Yes. Email our privacy inbox from your registered address and ask for a data export. We will compile your account data — including login history and transaction records — into a readable format and send it to you within seven business days of verifying your identity.

Contact us via email or live chat with a deletion request. Once we verify your identity, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days. Certain financial transaction records may be retained longer if required by applicable law, and we will tell you if that applies to your account.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to marketing companies. Data is shared only with payment processors — such as UPI and Paytm networks — and only the minimum data required to complete your transaction. Our internal teams access your data on a strict need-to-know basis.

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to measure page performance. Non-essential cookies can be declined via the cookie banner on your first visit. Turning off analytics cookies has no effect on your account, deposits or withdrawals.

When you request account closure, we begin a deletion process that removes or anonymises your personal data within 30 days. Transaction records required under applicable financial regulations may be retained for the period specified by law, after which they are also deleted.

Reach our data team directly via the privacy email address listed in the contact section of this page. Describe your concern and include your registered account email. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution or status update within seven business days.
